How To Request Your Absentee Ballot

As you all know, I am in strong opposition to mail-in and early voting. It waters down the significance of your civic duty to participate in the democratic process and opens the door to election fraud and ballot harvesting. That being said, I do see value in providing access to the voting process for those who are serving our country and local communities elsewhere, and are therefore unable to show up to their local polling places in person.

If you and/or members of your household already know (or suspect) that you will not be able to vote in person in the SEPTEMBER 13 primary election, please take a moment to request absentee ballots from your town.

Below are links to each town’s website with instructions on how to obtain, fill out and hand in your absentee ballots. Please follow each town’s specific directions.

HOLLIS

Absentee ballot requests may be sent to the Town Clerk by mail, email or in the drop box. Absentee ballots are available from the Hollis Town Clerk approximately 30 days before an election. Click here for more information.

GREENVILLE

The town clerk recommends that you download your absentee ballot application from the Secretary of State website and drop it off during opening hours or mail it in. There is currently a delay for absentee ballots as there was an error on the initial documents and had to be sent back to Concord. So please be patient. Kathy will get ballots out as soon as they arrive. Send or hand in your completed ballots as early as possible as it helps the town to count all votes quicker on election day.
